At Bis, we are looking for a Resourcing Lead responsible for Leading the resourcing team ensuring delivery of proactive and efficient resourcing solutions that meet the current and future needs of the business. Work closely with operational leaders and the broader P & C team to support operational requirements, growth and strategy for the business.
As the Resourcing Lead, you will:
- Source and assess candidates' potential, cultural fit and competence for a diverse range of roles across the business;
- Forge a transformational and collaborative relationship with leaders and HR Business Partners in order to strengthen a high performing and agile culture;
- Redesign talent supply practices for breakthrough results in diversity, engagement, productivity and retention;
- Develop and implement resourcing strategy to address current and future operational requirements and aligns with broader P & C strategy
- Regular review and refresh candidate engagement material ensuring positive experience throughout the application, recruitment and onboarding process
- Identifying solutions to address challenges and develop internal and external feedback mechanisms to gather insight and work towards improving candidate experience
As a successful candidate, you:
- Experience resourcing wide range of positions for both wages and salary positions, ideally within mining and manufacturing industries.
- Experience leading a team (local and remote) within high volume and fast paced environment.
- Experience with Enterprise Agreement & Award interpretation, EA rate calculations and understanding of rosters and impact on flat hourly rates.
- Project management experience for new projects or resourcing campaigns
- Ability to work with and advise senior and executive leadership teams
- Diploma or Degree qualification in Commerce/Business or similar field
