The RoleEmbark on an exciting leadership role as the Recruitment Manager for our temporary staffing business in our Sydney CBD office. Lead and build a team of Recruitment Consultants and collaborate with our Business Manager to significantly expand the on the success of our organisation. We are looking for an ambitious recruitment professional with the energy to identify new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships and build on a a high-performance culture. You will have the ability to leverage our extensive database and international learning platforms including a clear progression framework to drive your success and growth.
Responsibilities- Recruit, coach, train, and develop temporary recruitment consultants.
- Lead client acquisition and account management.
- Manage and run a temporary billing desk with resourcing assistance.
- Conduct regular 1-1 meetings to discuss performance and development.
- Serve as the main point of escalation for team and client issues.
- Implement business strategies for client development, candidate sourcing, and compliance.
- Support consultants in achieving promotional milestones.
- Participate in business improvement projects and organize team events.
- Experience as a Senior Consultant or a background of leading a recruitment team.
- Passion for leading and developing teams.
- Ability to cultivate a positive team culture.
- Versatility and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Resilience and drive for success with a high achieving track record.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills.
