We are working with a well known organisation with a strong hold in workers compensation insurance. Due to ongoing growth they have created 2 brand new teams to support their growth.

For you;

• Portfolios as low as 25 claims
• Front end claims focused
• 9 day fortnights after probation
• Demonstrated career progression - multiple promotions in the last month alone
• Hybrid working - 2 days in the office
• Work close to home in Sydney CBD or Parramatta
• Excellent support from PIAWE specialists, technical specialists and IMA's
• Fantastic culture and great management + more

You will;

• Manage a portfolio of complex workers compensation claims
• Determine eligibility and develop claims strategies
• Work with multiple stakeholders to achieve early return to work

They will love your background in;

• Managing a workers compensation claims portfolio
• Highly developed negotiation and communication skills
• Experience developing injury management, treatment and rehab plans.
