What you'll be doing:
- In this role you will be managing the attraction and recruitment digital marketing campaigns for Hunter New England Local Health District.
- You will balance working on the tools to build local, interstate and international attraction and recruitment campaigns while working collaboratively with your team and clients.
- You will analyse data and metrics to inform marketing strategy.
- Manage and optimise social media platforms, including content creation with Canva and paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
- Train and educate our Recruitment Officers on the strategies and techniques to attract top talent as well as keep them up to date on the latest trends, industry updates and Hunter New England Health branding.
- Expect no day to be the same! From developing and implementing attraction strategies for niche hard to fill vacancies, event marketing, email campaign design and broader district wide recruitment strategies, this role will keep you busy and interested!
- You will be working in collaboration with another Recruitment Marketing Specialist, Recruitment Marketing Support team, Managers, Recruitment Officers, the District Communications team and Workforce team members to deliver outstanding campaigns. - Have a tertiary qualification (or similar) in a relevant field. i.e. advertising, marketing, business etc. is desirable, or relevant work experience.
- Have experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive awareness to niche target markets and encourage them to action a certain task.
- Have a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies and event marketing.
