Our client, a leading mining construction company, is seeking an enthusiastic and readily available Recruitment administrator / Mobilisation officer to join their team in Jandakot. This is initially 3 - 6 month assignment with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
This role is fast paced and requires someone with previous experience in recruitment administration or mobilisation to remote WA mine sites. Only applications with this experience will be considered.

Working hours: Mon - Fri (38 hours per week) Flexible start / finish times
Start date: ASAP Start
Duration: Initially 3 - 6 month assignment with opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate
Pay Rate: Approx $40ph - $43ph + Super DOE

The Role
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Support the Recruitment process by posting Job adverts, screening resumes, organising and conducting phone interviews
- Onboarding candidates - sending out online registrations and following up on any additional or outstanding required documents
- Reference checking - and uploading to the candidate database
- Liaising with payroll regarding any pay issues and resolving them
- Continuous mobilisation of the company's field staff to various mine sites in remote WA
- Booking pre-employment medicals, flights and accommodation for field staff.
- Ensuring that all pre-mobilisation training and compliance is complete and kept up to date (qualification verification, working rights etc
- Ensuring that all field staff qualifications / tickets and training is kept up to date and logged correctly
- Ensuring site access requirements are all met within the timeframe of employee start date
- Generating purchase orders and workorders for all jobs
- Creating and ensuring accuracy of quotes for all jobs
- PPE and stationery ordering
- Other administrative tasks when / where required
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in a recruitment administration or fast paced mobilisation role
- Experience using Workflow, INX and Corporate Traveller will be advantageous
- Clear understanding of WA mine site requirements
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and organised with the ability to learn quickly
