Job Description

About the role:
Centurion is looking to complete our HR family with a Recruitment Officer. This role would be the perfect next step for an experienced recruitment/HR Administrator. The suitable candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Freight Officers and Workshop staff for our Perth and Regional WA operations.

Duties:
End-to-end recruitment including drafting and posting job ads, shortlisting, conducting reference checks, interviewing, conducting due diligence and offer management
Working as part of the HR team regarding onboarding, policy, and procedures
Maintain and manage relationships with internal stakeholders
Book & manage medicals and pre-employment checks
Supporting Advisors & Talent Acquisition Partners within the team
Desired Skills and Experience

Does this sound like you?

Previous experience delivering an end-to-end recruitment. Previous industry experience highly regarded however not essential
Ability to work in a high pressure environment and priortise tasks
The ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously as well as being able to contribute positively to a collaborative team
Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
