We're seeking a Recruitment Coordinator/ Administration Officer. We need a driven, motivated individual who wants to be a success. Joining our busy temp Nursing team this is a unique opportunity to learn from the best in the industry in this fast-paced and varied role.
This delivery focused role will see you focused on candidate generation, forming strong and trusting relationships with our established clients, management of compliance and onboarding.

What we can offer:
$60k-$70k + Super + commission
In-depth initial training programme. A defined 3 month program.
On-going mentoring scheme and support structure
Reward based culture: Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly incentives.
4pm finish on Fridays.

Experience Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good organizational and administrative skills
Proactive approach
A degree level qualification
Hard working and can do attitude
Superior people / communication skills (written & verbal)
Recruitment experience would be highly regarded, but we would consider candidates looking to move into the sector.
