Administrator/Payroll Officer!

Location: Maddington
Shift: 20-24 hours per week, flexible on 2-3 days ( flexibility to accommodate school hours)
Pay rate: $40 per hour flat rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll operations efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely processing of payments.
- Utilize Triumph and Wage Easy software to maintain payroll records and generate reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to address payroll-related queries and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain meticulous records, files, and schedules to support smooth administrative processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, with a solid understanding of payroll operations.
- Proficiency in using various software systems, including payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional interaction with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle files, records, and scheduling tasks effectively.
Position Details:
- Mandatory availability on the 1st Monday of each month and the 15th for payroll processing.
- Training provided on Triumph and Wage Easy software.
