Our team are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly and professional environment and become an integral part of our rapidly growing organisation.
The Recruitment Administrator will manage the administrative processes involved in the attraction, recruitment, onboarding and mobilisation of new employees.
Let's Get Specific!
Daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with the onboarding of new staff
- Preparing Rooms for inductions
- Maintaining uniform and stationary orders
- Assisting the recruitment team with onboarding
- Data entry and general adhoc duties
- Screening resumes
- Conducting phone interviews - confident phone manner is a must
- Booking medicals and flights
- Hours 9am- 5pm
What we need from you:
- An interest in Recruitment and HR
- Data entry and Microsoft Office suite experience is essential
- Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines
- Experience in a similar role is highly regarded
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills
- A commitment to their own professional and personal development
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced role,
