Reporting to the Aged Care Regional Operations Manager, the Recruitment Officer is responsible for assessing and selecting high quality Support Workers. The role will support the recruitment strategies and plans to grow talent pipelines to ensure that our clients are supported by high quality staff. This is a full time, six month contract and will be supporting the recruitment functions on the north side of Brisbane, as well as Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and Fraser Coast.

About Yourself

What you’ll need 
  • Experience in the Aged Care and Community Sector
  • Previous experience in recruitment and HR administration.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of compliance processes and legislative requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience
  • Be able to obtain/ have a Blue Card, NDIS worker screening clearance 
  • Driver’s licence
  • Police Check
