We have fantastic opportunities for recruitment advisors to join a small or a large federal government agency. Our clients are looking for self-motivated candidates who have prior APS recruitment experience. APS4 and APS5 Recruitment Officers: These roles will provide advise and support to the broader team.
Duties of the Recruitment officers include: Reviewing and processing onboarding documentation Issuing letters of offer with accuracy and complying with legislation Respond to client enquiries form the general public and internal stakeholders Process end-to-end recruitment activities including actioning recruitment requests, processing selection outcomes Provide timely and accurate advice on recruitment and selection activities within the framework of relevant legislation, policies and procedures. APS6 Recruitment Advisor: Under the broad direction from the manager, the APS6 Recruitment Advisor will: Deliver BAU recruitment which includes providing senior level guidance on APS Recruitment Provide guidance and administrative support on various HR software and systems. Assist with and advise managers and staff on moderately complex aspects of the agency’s HR policies and procedures.
Workforce experience will be highly regarded Who are we looking for? We’re looking for candidates who have a strong background in APS recruitment and have the following capabilities: Experience efficiently working in HR systems such as eRecruit (Ascendre) and SAP Ability to interpret and provide advice on HR-related issues, legislation and APS employment frameworks Demonstrated initiative and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with stakeholders across a broad range of business areas Baseline security clearance is highly regarded
