About your new role
Our high-performing Healthcare recruitment team is looking for a new Recruitment professional to join our Sydney team. This role is perfect for someone with a healthcare recruitment background who loves building relationships and wants to join a team that is taking over the industry.
You will spend a lot of your time on the phone building new relationships with potential clients and as well as speaking to healthcare professionals. This is a very fast-paced environment, so we are looking for someone that likes to be busy!
In this role you will have the opportunity to join our extensive 8 week onboarding program, have ongoing on-the-job support and clear career progression.

• Matching Talented Professionals: Enjoy your role as a 360 Recruitment Consultant specialising in healthcare. Your job is all about finding the right healthcare experts for exceptional opportunities.
• Building Relationships: Focus on growing the business by making connections in the industry. Connect with clients and candidates, learn about their needs, and show how you can help.
• Helping Everyone Fit: Be a consultant who gives great advice. Talk to candidates and clients to understand what they need. Your job is to find solutions that work well for everyone and make them happy.
• Solving Challenges: Embrace tricky situations with a can-do attitude. You're not just finding people jobs; you're also handling details like rules, locations, and preferences. Your skill in finding answers will make you a go-to problem solver.
