As the Senior HR leader of the organisation this role will be responsible for leading HR operations to help develop a workplace culture of success, wellbeing and best practice. Based in Melbourne's South with potential for some interstate travel as the business grows.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the organisation with employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) matters
- Provide HR support and strategic advice to leaders across the business
- Implement improvements to current processes and procedures
- Lead and manage a team of HR administrators
- Develop an employee value proposition and culture focused initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior HR position
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
- Leadership qualities, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of organizational skills in a fast paced environment
- Strong demonstrated knowledge of Fair Work and relevant legislation
