Key Responsibilities:
- Generate master plans, replenishment plans, capacity plans and purchase orders within set MRP parameters to meet strategic goals.
- Manage receipting for finished goods, raw materials and warehouse transfers.
- Inventory management activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, customer service and operations) and external stakeholders (suppliers and service providers) to ensure supply plans are aligned.
- Drive continuous improvement & reporting on inventory coverage, fill rate, forecast accuracy, slow and obsolete materials and out of stocks.
- Lead and participate in projects as assigned by the Head of Planning & Procurement.
Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years in a similar Supply Planning role
- Experience with SAP / MRP
- Intermediate / Advance XL spreadsheets
- Experience with other advanced planning tools
- Experience working within manufacturing / production environment / raw material planning.
- Able to actively problem solve and prioritise on a daily basis
- Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills. Listens attentively and speaks honestly and openly.

The Supply Planner is responsible for managing the finished goods and material planning for requirements for internal sites and co-manufacturers, to deliver superior stock availability within operational budgets and able to manage the whole supply planning.
