Job Overview

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in recruitment with GVC and join our team as a Candidate Resourcer, working alongside and learning from a top performer? Our office is conveniently located on Collins Street, a short 5-minute walk to Flinders Street Train Station, offering easy accessibility. As an expansion position to support our thriving recruitment team, you'll play a crucial role in the development of GVC.

At GVC, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a global team of veterinary specialists with over 50 years of combined experience in successfully connecting top-tier veterinary talent with the best opportunities.

Desired Experience

Prior experience in an outbound sales / telesales / trainee recruitment environment would be highly desirable, but not essential. The successful applicant will have a can-do attitude and a high work-ethic centred around furthering their career and earning potential.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Candidate Resourcer at GVC, your mission is to support the recruitment team and will be responsible for helping source the best candidates for opportunities throughout the APAC region.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Knowledge of industry specific vacancy websites and the best places to post job advertisements.
• Ability to sell the skills and expertise of a candidate to a potential employer.
• Ability to use GVC database, including spreadsheets.
• Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications.
• Entering job applicants’ CVs and contact details into the company database for future reference.
• Matching potential candidates to our clients’ requirements.
• Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates.
• Ensuring all candidates you are assisting have met the compliance requirements.
• Contacting prospective candidates who are unaware of GVC and the services we provide.
• Arranging and attending candidate registration meetings.

Individual Expectations

As a key member of our team, we expect you to:

• Making a high number of outbound calls daily to perspective candidates. In the region of 60-100 outbound calls.
• Hitting and exceeding your weekly target of new candidate registrations.
• Assist your dedicated 360 consultant in achieving their monthly GP target.
• Always demonstrate professionalism and conduct yourself as an ambassador of the company.
• Following company guidelines and expectations, in-line with our defined structures and processes.

• Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum
