About the Role
Supporting the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will be providing advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to colleagues. This is a generalist HR role, and you will have worked within an HR Coordinator/Administrator position prior and have had exposure to advisory responsibilities.
Duties
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing the HR database and maintaining accurate employee information.
- End to end recruitment - advertising roles, screening candidates and onboarding new employees.
- Preparing HR documents, including promotions, salary changes and staff letters etc.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on HR policies and procedures.
- Return to Work Coordinator.
Skills & Experience
To be a successful candidate, you must have:
- 3+ years working in HR.
- A degree in Human Resource Management or similar.
- Have full working rights in Australia.
