To be considered you must have:
Experience recruiting for blue collar positions will be highly regarded, though if you are an experienced Recruitment Administrator or have a background working in Sales looking to move into this space, we have significant training and support to assist you. It is also beneficial for you to have:
- Previous experience as a Resource in an agency environment
- Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables
- Strong background in administration and compliance roles
- Developed candidate management and interview skills
- History of lead generation and billing outcomes
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability
- Positive and energetic approach to your working day
- Resilience and confidence, driven by success
