Opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a publicly listed organisation
This publicly listed resources organisation is currently experiencing a period of rapid growth, which has created expansion within their human resources team to further develop a high-performance workforce.
Reporting to the Human Resources Lead, you will be given the autonomy to support a portfolio of sites in a generalist capacity, influencing best practice and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for the business as usual, generalist human resources support including transactional updating of the HRIS system, raising of contracts, supporting the onboarding and probation process, coupled with the provision of advice to both corporate and site-based employees and managers and project related work as required.
This is a fast-paced environment, where continuous improvement and provision of high quality service is paramount to success. This position will work across both corporate and site-based workforces within both the civil and mining sectors.
To be considered for this position, you will possess a generalist background, provide advice aligned to the Australian legislative framework, be organised in your approach, and possess the ability to build trust and mutual respect in order to foster successful working relationships. Ideally, you will have prior exposure to the mining or construction sectors, or other sectors that have a blue-collar orientation.
This is an opportunity to join a leading, international resources contractor within a role that allows for both autonomy and creativity to support your stakeholder group. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary and longer term career development as the organisation continues with its projected growth for the future.
It is essential that you possess recent experience of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards, and have full working rights to work in Australia.
