Recruitment Resourcer to join their thriving team for an initial 1-month contract. The role requires immediate availability and there is potential for extension or permanent employment for the right person.
About the roleAs a
Recruitment Resourcer, you will be working closely with a Talent Lead to assist with building meaningful relationships with potential candidates and creating talent pools. You will be responsible for drafting job advertisements and posting them on platforms like Seek and LinkedIn, reviewing and shortlisting numerous job applications, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, managing feedback, and assisting with processes related to candidate selection.You will be based in inner north Brisbane suburbs and have the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week.
