We are currently seeking a driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our Technology division at our Brisbane CBD offices on a permanent basis.In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our contractor team by identifying, screening, and engaging potential candidates, while also managing candidate pools effectively. We are looking for a candidate who can communicate persuasively, exhibit initiative, and maintain a positive attitude with a strong work ethic. This opportunity serves as an excellent entry point into the recruitment field, with clear pathways for career progression towards a Recruitment Consultant role for individuals demonstrating exceptional performance and dedication.Reporting directly to the Technology Director, your key responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

• Engaging with potential candidates to facilitate the induction/registration process
• Collaborating with clients to understand job requirements
• Handling data entry and administrative tasks efficiently
• Conducting reference checks on candidates
• Ensuring the health and quality of talent pools
