We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer or Graduate Recruitment Consultant (Entry Level) to join our team in Glen Waverley Office.
We are passionate about making a difference for our clients and candidates and are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to power their career with us.
Main Key Responsibilities:
- Screening resumes
- Taking job briefs
- Creating and posting job advertisements
- Scheduling interviews and appointments
- Conducting Face to face as well as online zoom interviews
- Reference checking all applicants registered
- Entering and updating candidate’s information onto CRM system
- Communicate daily with consultants regarding candidates, selection, status, and upcoming requirements
- Focusing on candidate care to maintain and grow the candidate database
- Regular communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Continuous communication with candidates throughout the assignment period
- Ensure all recruitment administration is accurate and processed in a timely manner
- Attend client’s work site to inspect and complete OH&S inspection forms
- Regular telephone conversation with hiring personnel on candidates' performance
To be successful in the role the key skills requirements are:
- Strong communication skills to engage with candidates and clients
- Show initiative to think ahead and plan your workload
- Ability to pick up information quickly, be flexible and adapt to everyday recruitment challenges
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to meet individual and team KPI's
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or an energetic Graduate seeking an entry level role into the recruitment industry.
