About the Role
Working closely with a team of experienced recruitment consultants, your key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing quality candidates through networking, database management, social media, job board sourcing and building lasting relationships.
- Screening, interviewing and matching candidates to role opportunities.
- Conducting reference checks and generating reports.
- Assisting the team with placements.
- Contributing to the wider business by cross selling opportunities outside your team.
