Holy Cross Services (HCS) is currently seeking an experienced Administration Support Officer (Cleaning) to join our Cleaning Services team to provide day to day administrative support and support the team to achieve desired outcomes across business operations. The position is being offered on a permanent full-time basis and is located at Holy Cross Cleaning Services Office, located in South Brisbane.
Due to Holy Cross’s status as a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), we are able to offer Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 to all employees with Smart Salary, increasing your take-home pay.

About The Role
- Providing proficient and professional administrative support.
- Undertake a range of administrative tasks, including maintaining filing systems, data entry, incoming and outgoing emails etc.
- Assist senior employees with specific projects as directed.
- Provide administrative support to our cleaning employees, including absence calls.
- Manage phone and email queries.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of a busy Commercial Cleaning Service.
- Accurate data entry.
- Collate monthly stock orders/chemical/stationary.
About you
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Certificate III or IV in Business or Administration or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative support and Reception role.
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency with an intermediate aptitude in Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Exemplary phone manner and professional attitude which promotes Holy Cross Services core values.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good organisational skills and time management.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of key stakeholders.
