The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Specialist Recruiter to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and placing top-tier finance and legal talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust network and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of our finance and legal sector clients.
- Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms to identify and headhunt top talent.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidates for suitability for client roles, focusing on both skills and cultural fit.
- Maintain a candidate pipeline for rapid response to client needs.
- Work closely with our Client Success Managers to understand client requirements and provide consultancy on recruitment strategies.
- Keep abreast of market trends and industry developments to inform recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience within the finance and/or legal sectors.
- Proficiency in using recruiting software and candidate databases.
- Strong understanding of the finance and legal industries and roles within these sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field is preferred.
