Due to a surge in demand for our services, we are looking for an experienced TA Partner to join our People & Culture team full-time.

As a key member of the People team, you will take the lead in finding BlueRock's future talent. This very hands-on role will see you collaborating on the daily to manage end to end recruitment, learning all aspects of BlueRocks' many and varied businesses, and being an expert in our ATS, Workable.  

Supported by our x3 awesome P&C team members and our Head of People & Culture, no two days will be the same, from crafting clever and creative job ads, maintaining our databases and searching and contacting talent on LinkedIn, to fulfilling BlueRock's goals of attracting the best and brightest talent. If you are familiar with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening and interviewing, we’d like to meet you!  

This role would suit someone with a background in recruitment at a professional services firm, or at a recruitment agency who is eager to work in an exciting multi-disciplinary space!  

You’ll be joining our global growth team, and our fun, caring People & Culture team. Our purpose is to improve processes so our teams can get back to the important stuff, supporting our clients. We are passionate about empowering the broader BlueRock community with tech-driven operating efficiencies! 

What can you expect in your day to day as a Talent Acquisition Partner? You will be: 

• Living and breathing BlueRock's EVP, converting role requirements to clever, creative and inspiring job adverts and descriptions. 
• Using your expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter to source the best and brightest talent for our multi-disciplinary advisory teams. 
• Screening candidates and ensuring Workable is up to date with all candidate movement and creating talent pools with Rockstar talent. 
• Conducting market research for compensation/benefit analysis. 
• Coordinating interviews and ensuring our candidates have an amazing BlueRock experience. 

We want to hear from people who have:

• 3-6 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to professional services firms, or agency recruitment, ideally in the Accounting, Law or Digital industries. 
• Proven experience in utilising LinkedIn Recruiter to actively source talent! 
• A passion for creating a positive candidate experience, and a strong interest in working in a diverse organisation. 

This role pays $75,000 - $85,000 package (including superannuation)
