Palliative Care Specialist 
We are seeking an experienced Palliative Care Specialist to oversee Palliative Care and education across Residential Services, Retirement Living and Community Care within this leading NFP organisation.

About the Role

• Permanent permanent, part-time role working on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
• Flexible with working hours
• Very competitive salary $74 per hour + super and packaging 
  Company Car for you to use while travelling across sites
  Based from head office in East Melbourne

• Extensive training in place to further develop your skill set

Essential Criteria 

• Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional
• Minimum 5 years experience delivering Palliative Care as a practitioner 
• Ideally Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner 
• Experience working within a leadership role in Aged Care
• Knowledge and sound understanding of the quality standards in aged care and their application to Palliative Care and end of life
• Experience in developing frameworks that lead to quality of life outcomes for people with life-limiting illnesses and nearing end of life
