Your key role accountabilities will include:
- A key focus on driving the growth and future team of Consultants
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities and to identify new leads within the Randstad Group
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to teams and consultants to ensure that they perform to the maximum of their abilities
- Participate in achieving new business, by identifying and marketing to prospective clients.
- Research the competitive landscape and set key strategies for the positioning of Randstad's service offerings
- Initiate a range of sales and marketing activities, in accordance with the client development plan, to attract business
- Responsible for individual and team financial performance
- Preparation of weekly sales reports and regular forecasts
