Working within our Corporate division, you'll join a collaborative, cohesive team directly contributing to the success of our business every day.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the role of Recruitment Team Leader will see you working at our Victoria Park Head Office. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of 8-10 recruitment personnel, specialising in recruitment for our trades-based Energy portfolio. This role is highly impactful, where you will lead the team by empowerment and providing coaching and development support to ensure accountability for performance. You will form strong relationships with various internal stakeholders, allowing you to report back on recruitment outcomes and make recommendations for future campaigns.
What you will bring
- 3 years' experience in a Lead role managing a team of at least 5 (preferably within a recruitment function)
- Significant experience in recruitment (Energy industry desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrated experience with creating and maintaining strong relationships within a business with varying levels of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with managing both direct and indirect challenges that effect your team.
- A result driven attitude and ability to influence and uphold a motivating team culture.
