The Role
The Town of Port Hedland is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Parks and Gardens team as a Team Leader. Working across a 9-day fortnight (Monday - Friday) the successful applicant will effectively lead the Parks and Gardens operations team, in consultation with the Co-Ordinator Parks and Gardens. Previous experience in a Team Leader position would be advantageous.
You will be joining the team at an exciting time as the Town embarks on a culture of change with embracing of a wide range of new technologies, a large capitals works program, and a number of other projects that make the Town a desirable place to live and work.

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader position would be advantageous
- National Police Clearance
- Rights to work in Australia
- Current 'MR' class driver's license
- White Card
- Current First Aid qualification
