Our Loganholme Office is seeking a recruitment officer to join our team Monday - Friday.

Recruitment:
- Review and screen candidate applications, progressing qualified candidates to phone interviews.
- Conduct phone screenings
- Organise and complete face to face or zoom interviews
- Evaluate candidates and determine their outcome
- Inform candidates of outcome
Onboarding/Compliance:
- Ensure quality candidates meet industry standards and compliance before activation
- Maintain contact with candidates, ensuring they feel supported through the onboarding process
- inform the Allocations Team of newly onboarded members
Skills required to fulfil this role
- Minimum 12 Months in Recruitment preferably in the healthcare sector
- Data Entry skills
- Outstanding communication with an upbeat and professional telephone manner
- Work well within a team and autonomously
- Be proactive and look outside the square
- Self driven and motivated to excel
- Positive and outgoing personality with a strong work ethic
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with new people
- Attention to Detail
