The Job…..
Reporting through to the Accounts Payable Manger, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Although this firm uses automated systems, there is still the need for data entry and checking of inventory, expenses and reimbursements
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the correct Accounts Payable process is being adhered to
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and follow up on any anomalies
- Adhoc projects, reporting or administration tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in the following areas:
- Ideally two years experience working in a high volume Accounts Payable environment
- Keen eye for detail
- Enjoy working on continual improvement of processes to increase efficiency
- A naturally bright and sunny nature with a curious approach to work
- Genuine team player who thrives in a busy environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to step up to a Team Leader capacity in the future
