Our Customers  Contractors  Regulatory Authorities  Materials suppliers  Service Authorities EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:  Based on 38 hours per week, working 38 hours across a 7- day spread, with actual days and times being worked in accordance with facility roster.    This position will/may be required to be on call outside normal working hours on a roster basis. This will be in agreement with the supervisor and will attract the appropriate allowance  This position is covered under an annualised salary arrangement providing a salary, which includes payment for;  Level 2 Adverse

Working Conditions Allowance Monday to Friday shifts at ordinary time  Saturday shifts - payment of a 50% penalty in addition to the ordinary hourly rate  Sunday shifts - payment of a 100% penalty in addition to the ordinary hourly rate.    Hours additional to those rostered may be required, depending on operational requirements. These will be by agreement and be paid at the appropriate rates.
