Are you a highly motivated and experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician seeking a new challenge in the commercial refrigeration HVAC industry? Elite Refrigeration is a well-established company specialising in commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning services in the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. We take pride in our work and are looking for a skilled technician to join our Brisbane & Gold Coast Teams.

Responsibilities:

As a technician at Elite Refrigeration, you'll be working on a variety of commercial equipment, including ice machines, blast freezers, walk-in chillers, chilled water, air handling units, VRF systems, process chillers and commercial rack systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Utilising strong technical problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction to a variety of customers including pubs, clubs, supermarket, cafes and industrial client base. 
• Refrigeration tasks, including service, installation and breakdowns.
• Ice machine experience (desired by not essential).
• Demonstrating expertise in rack systems (desired but not essential).
• HVAC service and installation works 
• Collaborating effectively with the team while also being capable of working independently.
• Maintaining positive relationships with company suppliers.
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and taking pride in the quality of your work.
• Being available to work on an on-call rotational roster.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Hold relevant experience in the refrigeration field
• Possess a current manual driver's license.
• Hold valid trade and ARCtick licenses.
• Be able to complete Police checks and hold a Blue Card.
• Be an Australian resident.
• Sponsorship options to the right applicant with relevant VISA
