The Refrigeration Mechanic position is all about:
Aircon installation, maintenance & repairs.
Refrigerator servicing and repair
Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
Undertake day-to-day preventative/reactive maintenance.
Fault diagnostic works including maintenance and refurbishment.
Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance schedules are carried out on services and equipment.
Liaise with the maintenance management team to ensure all plant and equipment are maintained in good working order.
Carry out maintenance requirements and follow up as scheduled by the Property Management System (PMS).
Assist in keeping up-to-date records on the repair and maintenance of plant and equipment.
Liaise with the hotel management team regarding all work in guest, public, and staff areas to ensure out-of-order areas are brought back into use as soon as possible.
Record all maintenance tasks performed, complete and incomplete, including any necessary reports in reference to repairs and preventative schedules.
What are we seeking?
Trade Certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong English communication.
Reliable and works well under pressure.
C class drivers licence
