A day in the life of
Each morning, jump into your new model, fully decked out work ute and head out for the day. Your uniform is sharp and one you will be proud to wear. Meet up with the crew, check in with the Boss, the Office manager and scheduling team before receiving your daily run sheet. Attend site and complete your allocated installations, service and repair. In this company it's all about the 5 star reviews so make sure you bring your customer service skills. By 3:30pm you are done… unless you love clocking up some overtime at penalty rates. Plenty available to the money hungry! If you are chasing money, why not smash out a Saturday morning here and there.
Key Responsibilities for the role
- Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring efficient resolution of issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimise future breakdowns
- Oversee new installations and commissioning
- Maintain strict adherence to safety policies
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Skills & experience
- Trade Qualification - Refrigeration Mechanic
- Drivers licence
- Proven expertise in fault diagnosis, repairs and preventative maintenance
- Skilled in using job management software and understanding safety regulations
- Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on providing top-notch customer service.
