About the Role
In this role you will be assisting the Regional Asset Manager - Southern Region (NSW, VIC & SA) to complete required tasks to effectively manage the fleet of own use and hireable assets.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the accuracy of all assets within the fleet register.
- Assist with the Capex approval process and procurement of capitalised assets when required
- Complete required tasks to ensure the system details and status of all assets (including own use and vehicles) are accurate and current
- Support the business by providing timely asset information when requested
- Assist with the administration of the asset disposal register
- Manage the asset registration report to ensure all registrations are up to date
Desired Skills and Experience
- Sound computer literacy, including demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Outlook and Word
- Good communication skills with ability to build successful working relationships.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload to meet the dynamic nature of the business
- Previous experience working in an equipment sales/rental or large industrial business would be preferable.
- An Administration Qualification - Desirable but not essential
