Regional Business Development Manager
ASKIN Performance Panels is the largest manufacture and installer sell of insulated, fire rated, and architectural façade systems based throughout Australia and New Zealand, operating in commercial, industrial and retail building projects.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional with credible sales experience to drive our revenue results to the highest level.
This role will suit someone who has the ability to execute a structured plan and generate leads that result in actual sales, as well as achieving established sales targets.
You will be self-driven and able to deliver on all key aspects of successful sales:
- Management of full life cycle of projects from conception through to supply and completion
- Maintain a strong Network of architects building designers builders and contractors.
- Take full ownership of Business Development and specification activities.
- Ability to problem solve proactively while working effectively as part of a team.
- Energy and drive to achieve the best results for our clients.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to deliver successful projects on time in full.
- Ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with all stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask.

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager VIC/SA this is a key role offering the successful candidate the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the business in a buoyant market. Your base will be at the Edinburgh facility, and we will be negotiating a competitive salary package that recognizes your ability to get results.
Insulated Panel or Construction Industry experience would be highly regarded; however, it is the proven ability to drive results that will stand you apart from other candidates.
The successful candidate will be required to possess:
- Exceptional interpersonal and sales management skills.
- Ability to understand the technical aspects of insulated panels.
- A valid motor vehicle driver's license.
- Solid literacy and numeracy skills.
- Strong computer skills, MS Excel and Outlook and ideally (but not critical) Pronto exposure.
