The key duties of the position include
We are looking for an ideal candidate who has the ability to:
- you will contribute to a culture that aligns with NIAA values and behaviours, working with dedicated teams to achieving quality program outcomes
- provide leadership and deliver on priorities to achieve branch outcomes and the NIAA's broader strategic directions for its stakeholders, providers and partners
- plan and coordinate team workflow to ensure even distribution and management of priorities. Undertake planning and implementation of small scale projects for the team or branch within the office of the Regional Manager.
- work with the leadership team across the branch to draft and execute ministerial documents, ensuring that timeframes are met to a high standard and quality assurance of draft documents prior to the progression to senior management
- effectively monitor and report on team and project performance and workload. Implement remedial action as required to ensure performance indicators are met and quality is maintained
- provide support to the Regional Manager through high-level executive support, ensuring that deadlines are met and the operational functions of the office are running smoothly
- undertake reviews using internal quality assurance and continuous improvement processes. Identify opportunities to enhance team and branch performance in an environment of collaboration, continuous improvement and change.
