As an Australian Defence Force partner, Ventia works across some of Australia's newest, most unique equipment including artillery, small arms, instruments, night vision equipment, high-tech armoured vehicles, personnel carriers, and propulsion equipment.
Working on our new DMC contract and sitting directly with the commonwealth, you will join a high performing and skilled team. You will be managing all fleet and equipment related to our Army Dive division.
This Fixed-Term contract is located in South Guildford, WA, offering 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday with a salary range between $95,000 and $110,000 (dependant on experience) + Super.

- Writing up inspections and issuing invoices for Certificates of Conformity
- Perform contract management, governance and auditing functions to ensure compliance, due diligence and contractual improvement.
- Coordinate maintenance actions, procedures, technical documentation, quality control, compliance testing, parts acquisition and local engineering support to all Army Dive products
- Maintenance scheduling, approving maintenance requests, and raising work orders
- Support of the Army Dive Trade Repair officer with scheduled/unscheduled maintenance of Army Dive equipment of regional dependencies
- Manage finances allocated to fleet. Including regular reviewing and updating the equipment maintenance plans
- Liaise with national counterparts, customers and the contractors
- Certificate 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Scheduling, Planning or a similar discipline
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with computer base management systems
- Demonstrated experience with Marine maintenance
- Defence Background - Highly Desirable
- MILIS Experience - Highly Desirable
