Role Title: Regional Manager NSW
Responsibilities/Duties: As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Business Development: Identifying opportunities, strategic planning, lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, market entry/expansion, innovation, risk management, performance evaluation, and client management.
- Team Development and Management: Recruiting, guidance, supervision, problem-solving, communication, motivation, performance management, conflict resolution, resource allocation, continuous improvement, and representation.
- Contract Specific Requirements: Engagement with clients directly on the project, including roles like Environment Manager, Approvals Manager, Auditor, and Compliance Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in environmental studies/engineering, over 15 years in construction environmental/approvals management, NSW Driver's License, senior-level experience on Mega-Projects, and demonstrable experience in business development and client/contractor management.
- Preferred: Auditing qualifications/experience, Blue Book training, and business development/leadership training.
