The Role: As the Regional Manager of Victoria, you will:

• Spearhead business management and development, ensuring our Social Enterprise initiatives align with Outlook's vision and strategic goals.
• Oversee financial, asset, and contract management across our Victorian operations, laying the groundwork for sustainable growth.
• Lead, support, and empower a diverse team, fostering an environment of excellence, innovation, and inclusion.
• Amplify Outlook's impact through strategic networking, promotion, and advocacy, becoming a key figure in the community and within the sector.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, systems, and standards, safeguarding our commitment to quality, safety, and security.
