We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to lead our Wollongong team as the Regional Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be required to use your people leadership skills, business management and commercial acumen to deliver safe, high quality service outcomes to our customers, while contributing to the division’s profitability and growth.
Responsibilities- Relentlessly pursuing Zero Harm through leading by example and championing the implementation of HSEQ, risk management and sustainability policies and processes.
- Manage contracts, enhance profitability, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, driving business growth.
- Lead and develop teams, fostering a culture aligned with company values.
- Contribute to strategic development and optimize operational efficiency.
- Coaching, mentoring and/or developing the team and identified high potential people to improve the succession bench strength of the region
- Implementation of corrective actions to ensure adherence to KPI’s, budgets and strategic management plans for the region
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, management, or a relevant technical discipline related to the division's operations, or equivalent experience with a trade qualification.
- Extensive experience in senior management within a significant division of a larger organization.
- Hands-on experience managing operational support functions like finance, HSE, or human resources, and overseeing multiple subsidiaries or divisions.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with senior management teams and company boards.
- Background in construction, contract management, or similar industrial services sectors.
