The role:This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Regional Portfolio Manager to contribute to the success of the Knight Frank retail property management team in Brisbane. You will oversee a team of professionals managing a portfolio of 11 sub-regional and community shopping centres in SE Queensland. As such, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality end to end property management services and ensure that the client’s retail assets are protected and enhanced.Key responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the successful delivery of services across the portfolio.
  • Accountable for operational performance of the assets in the portfolio.
  • Ensure Centre and Operations Managers maintain the highest standards of presentation, repair cleanliness and risk management procedures across the portfolio.
  • Accountable for ensuring all centres meet client specific KPIs and deliverables.
  • Oversee the Property Management Team for the operational and capital budget preparation, forecasting and delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues and both internal and external team members.
  • Ensure clear communication of success and performance issues internally to drive constant improvement of service delivery.
  • Setting and managing KPI’s of the direct report management team.

  • Tertiary qualifications (degree or diploma or other property related course, e.g. Engineering, Project Management, Construction.
  • 5 plus years commercial/retail property management experience.
  • Experience in successfully managing a team of property professionals.
  • Experience in real estate portfolio management (preferred).
  • Ability to analyse and resolve complex issues.
  • Advanced Word and Excel skills.
  • Ability to adjust communication style/medium and frequency according to the individual preferences of the team and client.
  • Willing to learn and take on new tasks.
  • Receptive to feedback and accepts instructions.
  • Communicates openly and clearly regarding the status of tasks.
