TMGM Group is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our start-up broker brand. As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to shape our Digital Marketing initiatives from the ground up, working closely with cross-functional teams to build a strong online presence and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Create and manage Digital Marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve results.
- Monitor and report on key Digital Marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Optimize website content and user experience to ensure maximum engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling and optimized marketing assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Digital Marketing trends and technologies, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support Digital Marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience proven experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or similar role, preferably within a start-up environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing Digital Marketing strategies across various channels.
- Proficient in Digital Marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
