Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver diverse training programs to meet corporate standards effectively
- Align with and advocate for the implementation of the National Strategy;
- Assist in achieving dealership Sustainability Plan goals through performance support;
- Collaborate with dealership staff to identify and address performance challenges;
- Engage with internal stakeholders to refine training programs and content;
- Aid in developing and updating training materials in line with regulations;
- Monitor and review sales processes for regulatory and company compliance; and
- Represent AAAF/Dealer Distribution in relevant internal and external forums.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic about cultivating top-tier sales teams and their growth;
- Exhibit an impactful and compelling approach to training and coaching;
- Demonstrate effective communication skills in various settings;
- Preferably possess over 2 years of experience in commission-based retail sales;
- Previous involvement in the Financial Services sector is advantageous;
- Essential to grasp the technicalities of learning facilitation and stay updated; and
- Certifications in training and assessment are beneficial for the role.
