Harwell Home Care Pty LtdHarwell Home Care are a DVA approved provider who are currently looking for a Registered Nurse or Enrolled nurse to take care of our Veteran clients with in-home nursing care, complete in-home assessments and care plans.
We are a family owned and operated business and what we are most passionate about is the care of our patients and the ability to keep them comfortable in their own homes for longer.
We focus on aged-care DVA veterans and provide both day and night care which means we have flexible hours and shifts for the right candidates.

About the role/Job Description
As Registered/Enrolled Nurse you will:
- Support Clients on an ongoing basis where possible working with the same clients and days of the week.
- Complete assessments and develop care plans (RN).
- No multi-client care - 1 Client at a time.
- Day, evening and Night shifts available (Night shift allows for sleep while patient is sleeping with full pay).
- General administration duties as needed.
Essential & Desirable Criteria
The ideal applicant will have:
- Experience with Community Home Care or aged -care.
- Ability to maintain high standards of safe clinical care.
- Knowledge of DVA Nursing (Not required)
- Hold a CPR and Manual Handling Certificate or willing to get one.
- AHPRA Registration.
- Hold a National Police Check or willing to get one.
- EN's must have 1-year experience.
- COVID Certification.
- Car Required
