Harwell Home Care are a DVA approved provider who are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to take care of our Veteran clients within home nursing care. 

We are a family owned and operated business and what we are most passionate about is the care of our patients and the ability to keep them  comfortable  of their own homes for longer. 

We focus on aged care DVA veterans and provide both day and night care which means we have flexible hours and shifts for the right candidate.

About the role/Job Description

As a Registered Nurse you will;

• Support Clients on an ongoing basis (Same clients re-occurring) 
• Conduct assessments and care planning 
• No Multi client care - 1 Client at a time
• Day or Overnight shifts available
• General administration as needed
• This position covers the north side of Brisbane encompassing suburbs in the Oceanview/Narangba/Bellmere/Beachmere area. Should be willing to travel in these areas.

Essential & Desirable Criteria

The ideal applicant will have;

• Experience with in home care (Not required)
• Ability to maintain high standards of safe clinical care.
• Knowledge of DVA Nursing (Not required)
• Hold a CPR, First aid and Manual Handling Certificate or willing to get one
• Covid vaccination
• Hold a National Police Check
• Must have 1 year experience
