ABOUT THE POSITION.

Progress your career as an Architect with an opportunity to join an established studio who continue their impressive growth within the industry. Take on this Registered Architect position and be directly involved in all stages of project delivery, from inception through to completion. Head your own team on a range of medium to large scale Education and Healthcare projects (among others).
DUTIES.

• Early design development and involvement with Clients
• Oversee delivery and documentation
• Liaise with clients, attend site meetings, coordinate consultants and stakeholders
• Manage fee proposals, deliverables, and the profitability of the project

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, registration required
• Experience and a strong interest/passion for community based projects
• Ideally experience working on VSBA projects
• Strong interpersonal and management skills for both internal teams and external Clients/consultants
• Strong competency in Revit

This boutique studio is based in the beautiful Geelong with a team of 10 capable Architectural professionals. With an extremely strong presence in the Education sector, ranging from private and public schools, to primary schools, to tertiary education facilities, they have secured a strong pipeline of work and need to grow their team. The studio uses Revit as well as Rhino and Enscape.
