Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and the ACT.Job DescriptionAbout the opportunityAs a registered engineer, you'll be working with designers, Civil Engineers, construction administrators and project managers to bring to life complex land developments, master planned communities and infrastructure projects. This role will see you:
- Being a point of contact for the client through the lifecycle of the project, ensuring complex challenges and problems are managed
- Taking overall responsibility for design delivery including resource management of designers and coordination of other disciplines, both internal and external to Spiire
- Contributing to tender and contract documentation
- Overseeing the design approval process
- Contribute to projects in other geographies
- Take up the opportunity to build business and increase our service offerings in new markets
- Significant experience in civil design, construction, contracts administration or water engineering
- The ability to lead, manage, mentor and motivate junior engineers and a passion for supporting continuous development and learning
- A proven ability to use your communication skills effectively to achieve anticipated outcomes, whilst maintaining positive working relationships
- An appreciation for the fundamentals of project management and the application in design delivery
- A passion for teamwork and collaboration; fostering a multidisciplinary approach to projects
