About the role:
Alliance Nursing is seeking qualified, experienced Acute Registered & Enrolled Nurses to provide a high standard of nursing care across Medical, Surgical, Rehabilitation, Orthopaedic and various general wards.
Duties:
- Medication rounds
- IV and Drain management
- Risk mitigation
- Wound care
- Documentation and communication
- Supervise Enrolled and Assistant Nurses
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 12 months prior experience in a similar role within an Acute Hospital setting
- Current unrestricted Registration with AHPRA
- Full current vaccination evidence
- ieMR proficiency advantageous
